Grinnell Family Association of America, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Rhode Island as a not for profit corporation, on June 6, 1980.  We are also registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.

The GFA holds periodic reunions at locations and times announced through the association’s newsletter, website, and Facebook page.  To comply with Rhode Island law, we hold a General Membership Meeting and a Directors Board Meeting at those reunions.  In years where the board does not convene in person, alternate methods are undertaken to hold a group board meeting.  All are welcome to attend or submit business issues to the president, whose contact information is listed on this site.

Membership dues are $15.00 per year.
